If your free snapshot query returned fewer than 100 tweets, then there is no more data to include in a full snapshot report, so that option won't be available. Snapshots will include tweets from the past few days, up to the past week in some cases.
If you still think there should be more than 100 tweets, just let us know! We're happy to investigate further.
