All our accounts include multiple Trackers. Each Tracker can be set up to monitor one account or one topic on the social media channels we support. Here's exactly what you can create a Tracker for on each of our plans. You can edit or delete/restart Trackers at any time.
- Instagram profiles: Any authenticated Instagram business account
- Twitter topics: Built on one or more search queries, can include combinations & advanced operators
- Twitter profiles: Any public Twitter account
- Facebook pages: Any Facebook page you have admin credentials for

To prevent abuse, there are also limits to how many new Trackers you can create in a 24-hour period. You'll likely never run into it with regular use, but please contact us if you have any questions about this.
